Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (league, club or team), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a Leagivo account.
• Player profiles for minors under 13 may only be created and managed by an authorized team manager or league organizer, who is responsible for parental consent required by law (including COPPA where applicable).
• You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and safeguard your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@leagivo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Leagivo provides tools to run youth and amateur soccer leagues: teams, rosters, divisions, matches, standings, referee assignment and fee resolution, match reports, and related communications. Features, plans and limits may change as the Service evolves.

• Paid plans (“Pro”) start at $99/month and scale up to $399/month based on league size. Current pricing is on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan and league size.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes; you're responsible for any applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade the Service until it is resolved.
• Price changes take effect at the start of the next renewal period after notice.

The free tier is available for leagues with up to 4 teams and does not include Leagivo support. Each team is limited to a maximum of 25 players per roster. Pro plans include higher team caps, live support on Pro Scale and Pro Elite, and additional features. Limits may change; we will not silently remove data if a limit is lowered.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@leagivo.com within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or exploits minors.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation or credentials.
• Submit false referee credentials, tamper with USSF verification, manipulate standings, or falsify match reports.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass access controls, scrape data at scale, or disrupt other users.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product, except as permitted by law.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service.
• Use the Service to train machine-learning models on other users' data.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content or suspending accounts.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (rosters, logos, match data, photos, messages — “Your Content”). You grant Leagivo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service, and — for content that leagues make public (e.g. team names, logos, standings, results) — to display it publicly on the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and to grant this license, including for any players or third parties depicted, and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Service — including software, design, logos, and the “Leagivo” name — is owned by Fointac Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

To report claimed copyright infringement, email legal@leagivo.com with the information required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email), Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete), and US Soccer Learning Center (referee verification). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for third-party services.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights and choices.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, content license for retained backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGIVO AND FOINTAC MEDIA LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DON'T WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF REFEREE VERIFICATION, STANDINGS, OR OTHER LEAGUE DATA — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING THAT INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAGIVO AND FOINTAC MEDIA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fointac Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, you and Leagivo agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and Leagivo agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
